Use of the service
This independent index is provided without a service-level or installation-success guarantee. Respect source rate limits, licenses and Apple’s software terms. Do not use the API to bypass access controls, disrupt services or misrepresent provenance.
Firmware and compatibility
Firmware binaries remain hosted by Apple. You are responsible for checking your exact hardware, installation instructions, backup and eligibility. Availability does not imply signing, and signing does not guarantee restoration or downgrade.
Metadata licensing
AppleDB metadata is MIT licensed, copyright 2022 emiyl. Attribution and the full license notice are included in this project. Other source terms remain applicable. No Apple binary redistribution rights are granted by this site.
Operator review
These are project-level terms. A deployment operator must review them for the actual service and jurisdiction before public launch; no jurisdiction or operator is invented here.
